2. How to Modify or Cancel an Existing Order
Changed your mind or found a mistake in your order? Here’s how to modify or cancel it:
- If your order has not yet entered production, you can:update quantities, delivery address, or upload updated files by:
- Logging into your account.
- Going to "My Orders" and selecting the order in question.
- Clicking "Modify Order" and making the needed changes.
- To cancel an order before production:
- Follow the same steps and select "Cancel Order."
- Confirm your cancellation request.
