- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days. This is the most affordable option.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days, ideal for urgent orders.
- Overnight Shipping: Next-business-day delivery for last-minute jobs (available in select areas).
Shipping times are calculated from the completion of your order’s production. You can select your preferred shipping method during checkout. Please note that holidays and unforeseen events may affect delivery times.
2. How to Track Your Shipment
Once your order ships, you can easily track its progress:
- Log in to your PrintXpress account.
- Go to the "My Orders" section.
- Click on "Track Order" next to the relevant order.
- You will see real-time updates provided by the shipping carrier, including estimated delivery dates.
You’ll also receive email notifications with tracking details once your order ships.
3. What To Do If Your Print Order Is Delayed
If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, here’s what to do:
- Check your tracking information for any delivery updates or exceptions.
- Confirm your shipping address is correct in your account.
- Contact your local shipping carrier to inquire about delays.
- If you still can’t locate your order or there is an unexplained delay, contact PrintXpress customer support immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement if necessary.
