Yes. Once your California Deluxe Windows purchase and installation are complete, your warranty is in effect. You don’t need to submit anything.

Where do I find my Order Number and Line Number?

Care & Maintenance
How do I clean vinyl frames?
Use mild, nonabrasive soap and water. Rinse completely and wipe dry with a soft cloth.
Never use abrasive or acidic cleaners—they can permanently damage the finish.
What do you recommend to clean the glass?
Use mild dish soap and water, rinse completely, and wipe dry with a soft cloth.
Never use petroleum-based cleaners, abrasive/acidic chemicals, razor blades, putty knives, abrasive pads, or high-pressure water hoses.
How do I lubricate window/door hardware?
Lubricate once per year (or twice per year in high salt-air areas).
Use 100% silicone lubricant, available at most major hardware stores.
